This double-wall corrugated pipe machine can produce the HDPE double wall corrugated pipe continuously and this line can achieve online belling.
The extruder adopt high efficiency screw, the die head adopts double layer spiral structure,mould die and core die being nitrided
The forming machine adopt the vacuum forming type, equipped with automatic lubrication system.
Forming mold is made of aluminium alloy, adopt water cooling type.
The pipe can be cutted by online cutting machine automaticlly
The machine has the function of automatic demoulding when power is off.

Two Screw Extruder
This mold is suitable for making pipe from 40-110mm.
The machine adopt two high efficiency screw extruders to extruding the inner and outer layer,the special design spiral construction co-extrusion die head can make sure that the inner and outer layer thickness is uniform,it has the features of stable forming,high processing speed,The forming mould block adopt vacuum forming system,inner template circulate water cooling and automatic oli lubrication system.
